An Integral Master Coach and licensed psychotherapist, she has led enterprise‑wide coaching, leadership development, and learning initiatives for Fortune 500 companies across insurance, information technology, healthcare, nonprofit, and manufacturing sectors.

Over the course of her career, Lisa has served as a leadership coach, organizational development practitioner, consultant, and internal learning leader—most recently leading enterprise‑wide coaching and leadership development initiatives within a Fortune 500 organization. Her work often sits at the intersection of individual development and organizational strategy. Lisa partners closely with senior leaders, HR, and OD teams to support executive coaching, leadership and team development, facilitation, strategic planning, and large‑scale change initiatives. Lisa is an avid gardener and shares her life with two spirited rescue dogs, Rumi and Blue, and her gentle cat, Sophia—daily reminders of joy, play, and the intelligence of being fully alive.
